TIPS ON INTERVIEW PROCESS

Interviews are rigorous but conducted in a very subtle manner so that our candidates experience as little anxiety as possible. At Petroleum-insight we are interested in getting the best out of our candidates on the day of the interview so we have moved away from the traditional Q&A concept. We prefer a somewhat informal talk in which parties discuss ideas, events around personal life, education and experience. The interview is basically a three step process: Presentation of the group by one of our interviewer, presentation of the candidate in a specific set up and finally a case study from the division applied to by the candidate in which we look for evidence of an analytical mind and versatility in reasoning.
